Day & Ross offers business-to-consumer shipping for firearms and ammunition. While they primarily handle larger shipments, they can accommodate smaller parcels when necessary but recommend using UPS or Purolator for such deliveries.
Businesses looking to ship firearms or ammunition with Day & Ross must complete and submit a credit application to open a business account. Discounts are available for high-volume shippers. CSAAA will be meeting with our representative at Day & Ross in the early new year if any roadblocks or concerns arise. Please contact us.
See our Shipping Ammunition with Purolator tutorial for assistance with setting up an account for your business.
Canada Post also continues to accept firearms for shipping. The postal service has resumed accepting commercial parcels and plans to begin processing new international mail starting December 23. However, delays are expected to expand into the new year as Canada Post works through a significant backlog of mail. Shipments are being processed in the order they are received, Canada Post has confirmed.
